Q: How can I pay my bill?
A: You may pay your bill online using your credit card, e-check, or ATM/Debit card. Click the View Account & Pay-On-Line Link; or, you may mail your bill to Argen, Inc. P.O. Box 82389, Conyers, GA 30013.

Q: How long do I have to pay my bill each month?
A: Your bill is due upon receipt. It will be considered past due after the due date printed on the front of your bill. Failure to pay on time may result in penalties to your account.

Q: Can I make payment arrangements?
A: No, payment of your bill is expected in full each month by the due date on your bill.

Q: What is the activation fee?
A: The activation fee is a one-time, non-refundable charge for establishing your account.

Q: How often do you read my meter?
A: Your meter is read monthly on a set date. This does not apply to properties who are billed using the RUBS method of billing.

Q: Do you have to enter my home to read my meter?
A: Our meter readers never have to enter your home to read your meter.

Q: Does Argen provide my utility service?
A: Argen is responsible for billing the utility service you use, though we do not actually provide the utility. Your local municipality provides your utility service. We act as a liaison between your local municipality and the management of your community.
