Required Skills/Training:

Essential Duties:
- Conservation Analysis- Validate municipal water provider billing, rates and usage applications
- Analyze data; report findings and solutions to Director and Clients
- Preparation and presentation of Client reports
- Communication with Client staff
- Prepare project proposals and guide resulting action plans
- Work with Contractors and Field Service personnel to provide solutions
- Participate in Conservation Team meetings and tasks
- Follow-up as necessary with stakeholders
- Assist Director in the analysis of Client Performance Reports to ensure Clients’ goals and objectives are being met
- Communicate with a portfolio of Clients concerning performance of their assets
- Log time & report weekly on number of billable hours
- Local travel may be required
- Other related duties may be assigned as deemed necessary

Work Schedule:
Flexible hybrid with minimum of three days per week in the office. Workstation and laptop provided. One office location.

- $60,000 to $70,000 includes base plus incentives

Conservation Field Technician

Responsible for Water Audit and Conservation projects locally and out of state. Requires collaborating with clients, contractors, and the Conservation Team. Maintain professional, respectful communication with clients, peers and management. Reports to Field Services Manager.

Details

Required Skills/Training:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years experience of plumbing systems; good mechanical aptitude
- Possess valid driver’s license in good standing
- Ability to work in a deadline driven and multi-tasking environment
- Professional image with the ability to interact effectively with clients, peers and management
- Ability to remain flexible and accepting of changes in schedules and plans
- Ability to work from ladders and confined spaces; able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- Proficient in Math, Microsoft Office, Word and Excel Preferred
- Bi-lingual in English and Spanish Preferred

Essential Duties:
- Meet with Service Manager to establish, discuss and monitor goals for performance expectations
- Perform water conservation projects according to established procedures
- Assisting contractors on projects
- Documentation of activities and data entry as required
- Prepare, ship & receive parts and related equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures
- Responsible for tool and equipment inventory
- Use of company vehicle within all legal requirements & company policies
- Following proper safety and other requirements for client visits
- Assist in facilities maintenance
- Assist with submetering systems as required
- Some out of state and overnight travel required
- Other duties as may be assigned

Accountant

– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (or equivalent experience)  

– 5+ years of experience in accounting or financial management  

– Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)

– Strong communication & organizational skills  

– Experience in the multi-family industry is highly desirable  

– Ability to analyze accounting data from a big-picture perspective

Essential Duties:

As an Accountant at Argen, Inc., you will:  

– Oversee accounts payable & receivable functions  

– Perform month-end & year-end closings

– Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, & profit/loss reports  

– Manage payroll using QuickBooks and administer employee benefits  

– Ensure compliance with tax filings, regulatory reports & business licensing  

– Collaborate on financial forecasting & budgeting

– Analyze and interpret accounting data to support company growth  Flexible hybrid two days remote after 90 days. Work station and laptop provided. One office location

Compensation:
