Don't Have a Login? First Time Paying Your Bill?

No problem, if you are new to Argen and need to pay your bill, we offer online bill pay for properties that DO NOT collect your payment on-site.

How do I login?

Your login is your account number, formatted as: 0000-000000.00 Use all characters including all zeros, hyphen and the period.

(4 numbers, hyphen, 6 numbers, period, 2 numbers)

This account number is located on your paper bill.

Initial Login:
If you have never logged in, your password will initially be your first name + last name, lower case & no spaces.

Example: Jane Doe = janedoe

If you cannot login, it is possible we have your name spelled wrong. In this case, please use the "reset password" link on the login page. Once logged in you will be prompted to change your password.

I suspect my water meter is the problem. How can I prove this? How can I tell if it is properly working?

Water meters are mechanical devices that slow down—not speed up—when they malfunction. For this reason, requesting a calibration from your water provider may actually result in a higher bill. However, billing inaccuracies can still occur due to meter reading errors, which can lead to overcharges.

Argen’s Water Bill Audit is designed to identify and correct these discrepancies, helping ensure you’re only paying for what you actually use.

We must have an underground water leak. Do you look for underground water leaks?

Yes, we can pinpoint  underground water leaks, although they account for high bills in only about 7% of cases. Our comprehensive Site Water Audit will assess the root cause of your elevated water usage and provide clear recommendations to help reduce your costs.

How can I enable paperless billing?

Paperless billing is a free and convenient service that delivers an email notification to your inbox when your bill is available. You can then view an electronic version of your bill online, replacing the traditional paper bill sent via U.S. Mail.
